The Egypt Post has confirmed that it will never request any detailed information from its customers regarding their bank accounts or places of residence, nor will it request payment of any fees or shipping charges via phone or text message.

All transactions issued by Egypt Post are processed through official channels only.

The Egypt Post advises all citizens to never interact with unknown messages or links, and not to share any personal or financial information with any untrustworthy party.

 

What to do if you feel targeted?

If you receive a suspicious message or unfamiliar link, do not click on it and immediately report it to Egypt Post on 16789.
